We welcome people sharing our images for non-commercial use, as long as the correct credit is issued including a link to this website.

Products

Everything we sell is handmade by us, therefore no two are the same. Please allow for differences in colours and patterns.

Photos of products may not be to scale, so please always check dimensions listed. We try to always display colours as accurately as possible, however photography and different computer/phone screens may display some variations.

As we are sending breakable items please ensure you use an address where someone will be present to sign for and accept your parcel.  

Future Friendly Packaging

Staying true to our ethos, we use cardboard boxes, paper tape, recycled biodegradable plastic mail bags, and reusable recyclable bubblewrap. Please be sure to re-use or recycle as much of our packaging as possible to further extend its life.
We take utmost care to make sure our products travel safe and arrive as posted.

Pricing and Payments

We reserve the right to adjust prices or shipping costs, at any time without notice.

All payments are processed in Euros. All payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal. It's a safe and secure way of making payments online. Take a look at their websites for more information.

Once payment has been received we will process and send you your order between 3-5 working days.

If we can't fulfil your order due to products being unavailable, we will email and inform you that we have cancelled your order and will fully refund your payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion and in this instance will refund any payments which have been taken.

Press and Retail

Please do get in contact using our online contact form. We work on a commission basis with retailers.

Collection Service

If you live in Dublin and would like to collect, please get in touch and we can arrange.

Commissions

We love commissioned orders, so please do get in touch if you’re looking to get something special made.

Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for the piece to be prepared. This may take longer if unforeseen circumstances occur or we're working through unusually busy period.
Custom orders need to be paid for in advance of work commencing.

Delivery Information

Once payment has been received we will process and send you your order between 3-5 working days.

We currently deliver to Ireland, UK, USA and all European addresses. Please email amanda@heybulldogdesign.com if shipping to your country is not listed. 

Estimated shipping times (from the dispatch date):

*USA 5-7 working days
*UK and Northern Ireland 3-4 working days
*Ireland 1-2 working days
*Selected European Countries 4-5 working days (France, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Belgium, Sweden ) 
*Rest of Europe 4-7 working days
*Rest of the World 8-11 working days

Let us know if you require faster processing times and we will do our best to meet your needs. 
Once the items ship we cannot accept any responsibility for delays may it be due to customs or busy shipping periods.

Duty and Customs

For orders outside of the European Union, any import duty or local sales taxes will need to be paid for by yourself on receipt of the shipment.

Returns

We hope that you love your new Hey, Bulldog! Design piece. If not, we can offer a full refund, as long as it is returned to us in its original condition, in the original packaging and undamaged, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note, postage costs will not be refunded. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt for any items which you post back to us. A refund can only be issued once we have received the returned item in a resalable condition.

If your item arrives and it is damaged, please email detailed photos of the product so we can replace it for you.
